Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Position Description

PSNI is currently seeking a creative and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator with superior customer service and organizational skills to join our team of professionals in Amherst, NH. This dual position is responsible for both sales coordination as well as assisting the marketing department with coordinating and implementing print and digital marketing campaigns.

In a sales coordinator capacity, the person will be responsible for responding to existing customer account inquiries as well as preparing, sending, and following up on proposals. They will work with our outside sales team to assign new sales opportunities to the appropriate rep. The person also assists the sales team to generate, produce, and deliver larger proposals, including RFPs.

The marketing responsibilities of this person include executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and developing our lead generation programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where responsibilities vary day-to-day. A portfolio and strong references must be provided.

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Coordination of proposals and renewals for existing PSNI customers
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales team as needed
  • Build, enhance and maintain outstanding customer relationships
  • Collect and organize references and testimonials
  • Assist outside sales reps as-needed at off-site events (conferences, user groups, etc.)

Marketing

  • Coordinate, schedule and execute company marketing campaigns under the direction of the Marketing team
  • Drive and coordinate lead generating and customer nurturing campaigns (newsletters, direct mailing, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships through social media and networking
  • Manage content and maintenance for website and other marketing platforms
  • Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits
  • Analysis of marketing data: including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Regular review of creative marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher
  • 2+ years of sales or marketing coordination experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Service-oriented ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Highly proficient in use of technology including Microsoft programs in a Windows based environment
  • Prefer but not required: Sugar CRM, Constant Contact, Google Analytics
  • Candidate must pass a NH criminal background check
