Jamie is a very kind, and humble person who always smiles and radiates such a kind-hearted nurse. She is the kind of nurse that goes the extra mile for her colleagues but most of all, her students. If a parent is not able to get a required PE -physical examination or required immunizations for the child, she would make numerous attempts to assist the parents of the requirement.
As nurses, we reach out to the community, and bring the community to the students.
So Jamie would do what she does best network and work her magic and make things happen. She invites Todu Guam Foundation medical team to provide needed services to her students. She gets things done! It takes a compassionate leader to get results.
Whenever any of her nurse colleagues would need help with SNAP (electronic health record) she would be the first person I would call on. She is our tech guru she is helpdesk if she didn’t have the answer she would find the answer. Always the solution seeker, peace maker, and team player. She is a true Gem, that Rocks and is an Asset to the Guam Department of Education School!
