Tracy Cafardo - West Hartford Public Schools (CT)

Tracy works in a very busy preK-5 elementary school which also incorporates a special needs preschool. She continually handles the heavy workload with grace. She maintains relationships with students and staff and goes above and beyond for her students every moment of every day. She has extensive knowledge and is highly capable. Her professionalism and kindness is appreciated by everyone she works with. I am proud and blessed to have her as a colleague.
