I would like to nominate Diane Stack for National Nurses Week. She has been a School Nurse at JFK Middle school in Enfield, CT for more than 30 years. I find her to have all the qualities that make an excellent nurse; she is intelligent, compassionate, and relentless in obtaining the best possible outcomes for her students. She treats every student/staff member as if they are a family member, even those who are difficult. I'm inspired by her consistent professional development efforts that go above and beyond what is required. We are very fortunate to have her as one of our School Nurses in Enfield school system.
