Lauren is a very compassionate nurse, cares very much about the children that she is responsible for as well as all the staff. Lauren always has a smile on her face and is in the best of moods no matter how crazy the day may be. Lauren greets everyone with a big hello or good morning or good afternoon whatever time of the day. Lauren goes above and beyond when it comes to ensuring she is doing her best.
