I am writing to nominate Pam for recognition as a Superstar nurse as she prepares to retire after over two decades of outstanding service to our district. Since joining the district in 2002, she has been a constant source of compassion, knowledge, and reliability. She played a pivotal role in establishing a strong foundation of student health services when the new high school first opened. Her kindness, dedication, and steady presence helped shape a nurturing environment where students’ well-being has always been a top priority. She is known for having a great sense of humor and a positive outlook. Throughout the years, Pam has been much more than a nurse. She has been a mentor to colleagues, a trusted confidante to students, and a calming influence in times of crisis. Her ability to balance medical expertise with genuine care has made a lasting impact on the entire school community. As she approaches her well-deserved retirement, it’s clear that her legacy will live on in the lives she has touched and the systems she helped build. It is with great pride and gratitude that I nominate Pam for recognition in honor of her exceptional service and enduring contributions.
